• Drivers: name, email, phone number, driver licence details, P endorsement, passenger service licence, Certificate of Fitness, insurance information, vehicle details, and bank account for payouts.
• Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: how you use the website, such as pages visited and actions taken, to help us improve the service.

• To provide the service, including matching passengers with drivers.
• To process bookings, payments, and driver payouts.
• To communicate with you about your bookings, account, or safety issues.
• To meet legal requirements, such as tax and GST obligations.
• To improve and protect the platform.

We only share what is needed to run the service. This includes sharing passenger contact details with the driver for a booked trip, and sharing driver documents with us for approval. Payment information is handled by our secure payment provider. We may also share information if required by law or to keep people safe.
